Had my car in there last month for repairs through Progressive and they did a great job. The repair work was top notch. Everyone was very professional and friendly. In fact, the day after I got my car back, I noticed one of the features wasn't working, so I stopped off there to have them look at it. While the Progressive rep (Hans) was trying to brush it off as the "button was bad", Osvaldo Hernandez wouldn't give up, and eventually found that it was just a fuse. He replaced the fuse, my accessory was working again & I left a happy customer. Osvaldo went out of his way to ensure that he did everything possible to try and rectify the problem & because of this, he did resolve it.
I would definitely use Heat Collision again and would recommend them to anyone needing body work.
